  • Log in to your Sub-account and click on Automations in the main sidebar.
  • Locate the folder titled Pre-Built Assets and open the workflow named [RS] Missed Call Safety Net.
  • Customise the Message: Click on the Send SMS action within the workflow builder. In the text box, personalise the message to suit your brand (e.g., "Hi, it's [Name] from [Company]. Sorry I missed your call, I'm with a client. How can I help?").
  • Click Save on the SMS settings slide-out.
  • Deployment: In the top-right corner of the builder, toggle the status from Draft to Published.
  • Click the blue Save button in the top-right corner. The Safety Net is now live and protecting your enquiry flow.
