- Go to Automations on the main sidebar menu.
- Locate and open the folder titled "Revstackr Plug in & Play automations".
- Scroll through the assets to find "Missed Call apology SMS" or "Missed Call apology Email".
- Open the workflow and click on the "Send Apology SMS" action to edit the message content to suit your brand.
- Add any additional triggers or filters as you see fit (e.g., setting specific operating hours).
- Once satisfied, toggle the status to Published and click Save in the top-right corner.
