Automated Reputation Management

In the UK market, social proof is your most powerful sales tool. Most businesses forget to ask for reviews when a client is at their happiest. This system automates that request, ensuring your Google Business Profile stays fresh with five-star feedback while you focus on the next deal.

  • Link Your Profile: First, ensure your Google Business Profile is connected. Go to Settings > Integrations and follow the prompts. This allows the system to generate your unique "Review Link."
  • Customise Your Request: Navigate to the Reputation tab in the main sidebar and click Settings. Here you can write the SMS and Email that your clients will receive. Keep it friendly and localised (e.g., "Hi [First Name], it was a pleasure working with you. Would you mind leaving us a quick review?").
  • Set the Trigger: You don't want to send these manually. Go to Automations and locate the pre-built Review Request workflow. Ensure it is set to trigger when a deal is moved to the "Won" stage on your Deals board.
  • The Switch: Toggle the workflow from Draft to Published and click Save. From now on, every time you close a deal, the system will automatically handle the follow-up for you.
  • Monitor and Respond: When a review comes in, it will appear in the Reputation > Reviews tab. You can reply directly from here, which Google loves and uses to boost your local search ranking.

RevStackr Pro-Tip: The "Golden Hour" Strategy

The best time to ask for a review is within 60 minutes of the deal completing. By automating this through the Deals board, you catch the client while their dopamine is high, significantly increasing the likelihood of a detailed, positive review.

Operational Blockages

  • Link Not Generating: If your review link isn't appearing, double-check that your Google Business Profile address exactly matches the business details in your Settings.
  • Negative Feedback: Use the Review Widget settings to enable "Review Gating." This allows you to catch lower-star ratings privately so you can resolve the issue before it goes live on Google.
