- Log in to your Sub-account and navigate to Settings in the bottom-left sidebar.
- Select Integrations from the settings menu.
- Meta Connection: Click 'Connect' under the Facebook/Instagram icon. You must be an Admin of the Business Page. Follow the prompts to authorised the RevStackr System to manage your messages.
- Google Business Profile: Connect your GMB account to pull in Google Reviews and activate GMB Chat directly within your dashboard.
- Additional Channels: Connect LinkedIn, TikTok, or Slack as required to ensure all enquiry vectors are covered.
- Verification: Navigate to the Conversations tab in the main sidebar. Send a test message to your Facebook or Instagram page to ensure it appears instantly in the centralised feed.

Operational Blockages
- Permissions Error: Ensure you are logged into the correct personal Facebook account that holds 'Full Control' Admin permissions for the Business Page.
- Instagram Missing: To connect Instagram, your account must be a Professional/Business Account and must be linked to a Facebook Business Page. Personal profiles cannot be integrated.
