Automating Your Revenue

Most businesses "leak" money because they rely on human memory. Automated Workflows replace memory with logic. Within the RevStackr System, we have already engineered a library of pre-built assets that handle the heavy lifting of lead management, so you can focus on closing deals.

Part 1: The Anatomy of a Workflow
  • The Trigger (The "If"): Every automation starts with an event. This could be a missed call, a new lead from Rightmove, or a deal moving to a new stage on your Deals board.
  • The Action (The "Then"): This is what the system does in response. It could send an SMS, update a contact tag, or notify your sales team.
  • The Filter: You can add rules to make it smarter. For example: "If the lead is from London, send SMS A. If they are from Manchester, send SMS B."
Part 2: Activating Pre-Built Assets
  • Click Automations in the main sidebar. You will see a list of pre-configured workflows we've built for you.
  • Open a workflow (e.g., "Viewing Reminder"). Review the steps to understand the logic.
  • Personalisation: Always check any Email or SMS steps to ensure the wording matches your localised brand voice.
  • The Switch: To turn it on, look at the top-right corner. Toggle the status from Draft to Published and click Save. If it stays in 'Draft', the automation will not run.

Operational Insight: Premium Workflows

While most automations are included in your standard stack, the RevStackr System offers Premium Workflows for high-level operations. These include advanced AI-driven responses and deep data lookups. These features carry a small fractional cost per execution (pence per lead) because they utilise high-grade computing power to perform complex tasks like automated voice drops or AI lead qualification. Think of them as high-performance fuel for your revenue engine—used only when the ROI justifies the speed.
Part 3: Building Your Own
  • Once you understand the pre-built logic, click + Create New Workflow to build from scratch.
  • Start with a simple trigger. Example: "When a Contact Tag is added, send a WhatsApp."
  • Add "Wait" steps to create a sequence over several days. This is how you build a long-term follow-up machine that never gets tired.

RevStackr Pro-Tip: The "Machine" Mindset

Start by turning on our Missed Call Safety Net and New Enquiry Follow-up. These two automations alone usually pay for your entire software subscription within the first 30 days by catching deals that would have otherwise gone to your competitors.
