    Workflow Action - Edit Conversation

    What is the Edit Conversation Action?

    • The 'Edit Conversation' action allows you to automatically mark conversations as read or unread, or archive them directly from a workflow. This helps keep your team's inbox clean and organized.

    How to Add the Action

    • 1. In your workflow, click the '+' icon to add a new action.
    • 2. Search for and select 'Edit Conversation' under the CRM section.

    Configuring the Action

    • In the action settings, choose the desired operation:
    • - Mark as Read: Automatically marks unread messages as read (useful for automated replies).
    • - Mark as Unread: Highlights a conversation so a team member knows it requires attention.
    • - Archive: Moves the conversation out of the active inbox, keeping the view clutter-free.
