Workflow Action - Edit Conversation

What is the Edit Conversation Action?
- The 'Edit Conversation' action allows you to automatically mark conversations as read or unread, or archive them directly from a workflow. This helps keep your team's inbox clean and organized.
How to Add the Action
- 1. In your workflow, click the '+' icon to add a new action.
- 2. Search for and select 'Edit Conversation' under the CRM section.

Configuring the Action
- In the action settings, choose the desired operation:
- - Mark as Read: Automatically marks unread messages as read (useful for automated replies).
- - Mark as Unread: Highlights a conversation so a team member knows it requires attention.
- - Archive: Moves the conversation out of the active inbox, keeping the view clutter-free.
