Admin Vs. User Roles and Permission Scopes
Understand the difference between Admin and User roles in RevStackr, and how to configure granular permission scopes for your team.
1. Admin Role Capabilities
- - Admins have full access to all settings, billing, and integrations.
- - They can add, edit, or delete other users.
- - They can view all contacts and opportunities, regardless of assignment.

2. User Role Capabilities
- - Users only have access to the features toggled on in their permissions.
- - If 'Only assigned data' is enabled, they can only see contacts and deals assigned to them.
- - They cannot access billing or advanced sub-account settings.

3. Customizing Permission Scopes
- 1. Go to Settings > My Staff > Edit User.
- 2. Under 'User Roles', select Admin or User.
- 3. Under 'User Permissions', toggle individual modules (e.g., hide the Funnel builder from a sales rep).
