    How to Bulk Import Products into RevStackr

    Managing a large inventory can be a time-consuming task, but RevStackr makes it easy to import multiple products at once using a simple CSV file.

    1. Prerequisites to Bulk Importing Products

    • 1. Access to the Payments > Products page in RevStackr.
    • 2. A properly formatted CSV file containing your product details.
    • 3. Downloaded sample CSV file from RevStackr for reference.

    2. How to Bulk Import Products

    • 1. Navigate to Payments > Products from the main dashboard.
    • 2. Click 'Import as CSV'. A pop-up will appear allowing you to download a sample CSV file.
    • 3. Open the sample CSV and fill out necessary fields (Product Name, Price, SKU, Description, Category).
    • 4. Leave irrelevant fields blank but do not delete column headers.
    • 5. Upload the CSV file, preview the content, and click 'Import Products'.

    3. Important Notes & Tips

    • - Errors: If there are issues in your CSV file, an error message will display. Correct them and re-upload.
    • - Updating Existing Products: You can use the same process to update product details. Ensure the SKUs match.
    • - Limitations: The maximum file size for CSV uploads is 10MB.
