How to Create Voice AI Agents

1. Accessing Voice AI

• 1. Navigate to Settings > AI Voice Agents.
• 2. Click 'Create New Agent'.

2. Configuring the Agent

• 1. Name your agent and select a Voice Profile (e.g., Male/Female, Accent).
• 2. Define the Agent's Goal (e.g., Book an Appointment, Answer FAQs).
• 3. Provide the 'System Prompt' (instructions on how the agent should behave and talk).

3. Connecting a Number

• 1. Go to Settings > Phone Numbers.
• 2. Edit a phone number and set its 'Inbound Call Routing' to your newly created AI Voice Agent.
