Documents & Contracts: Email Templates and Team Notifications Setup
Customize the emails sent to your clients when sharing a document and set up internal notifications for your team.
1. Customizing Client Emails
- 1. Go to Settings > Email Services.
- 2. Locate the Document Templates section.
- 3. Customize the subject and body of the email sent with the document link.

2. Setting Up Team Notifications
- 1. In the Document builder settings, navigate to the Notifications tab.
- 2. Configure which team members should be notified when a document is viewed or signed.
