    Email Signatures

    Set up professional email signatures for yourself and your team members to ensure consistent branding across all communications.

    1. Creating an Email Signature

    • 1. Navigate to Settings > My Staff.
    • 2. Edit a user profile and scroll down to 'Email Signature'.
    • 3. Use the rich text editor to add text, links, and images.
    • 4. Check 'Enable Signature on All Outgoing Messages' if desired.

    2. Using Signatures in Campaigns & Workflows

    • 1. In the Email Builder, you can manually insert a signature using Custom Values.
    • 2. Go to Custom Values > User > Signature.
    • 3. This will dynamically pull the signature of the user assigned to the contact.
