Subscription Settings - Failed Payment Retries
Configure how the system handles failed recurring payments, including automatic retries and customer notification emails (dunning).
1. Access Payment Settings
- 1. Navigate to Payments → Settings.
- 2. Click on the Subscriptions tab.

2. Configure Retry Logic
- 1. Under 'Failed Payments', set the number of retry attempts (e.g., 3 retries).
- 2. Set the delay between retries (e.g., retry every 3 days).

3. Customer Notifications
- 1. Enable automated emails prompting the customer to update their payment method.
- 2. Customize the email template to include a secure link to update their card details.

4. Subscription Cancellation
- 1. Choose what happens if all retries fail.
- 2. Options include 'Cancel Subscription', 'Pause Subscription', or 'Leave as Unpaid'.
