Where Do Form Responses Show Up?

Viewing Form Submissions

• When a user fills out a form, their response is recorded in the system. There are two main places to view these responses.

Method 1: The Submissions Page

• 1. Navigate to Sites > Forms > Submissions.
• 2. Here you will see a list of all recent form submissions across all your forms.
• 3. You can use the dropdown filters at the top to select a specific form or filter by date.

Method 2: The Contact Profile

• 1. Navigate to Contacts and search for the person who submitted the form.
• 2. Open their contact profile.
• 3. In the center panel (Activity/Conversations), you will see a log of their form submission.
• 4. In the right panel, under the 'Additional Info' or custom fields section, you can see the specific answers they provided.
