    Guide To iCloud Calendar Integration

    Integrating your iCloud account and calendars with RevStackr allows seamless two-way syncing of events, availability, and appointment scheduling. Follow this guide to connect your iCloud account and set up your calendar integration properly.

    1. Obtain App-specific Password From Apple

    • Before connecting your iCloud calendar, you'll need to obtain your app-specific password from Apple.
    • 1. Sign in to appleid.apple.com.
    • 2. Enable two-factor authentication under the Security section if you haven't already done so.
    • 3. Click into the Sign-in and Security section and choose 'App-Specific Password' then generate an app-specific password.

    • 4. Name the password (e.g., 'CRM iCloud Integration') and click 'Create'.
    • 5. Copy and safely keep the generated app-specific password.

    2. Connect Your iCloud Account to RevStackr

    • 1. Navigate to Settings > Calendars > Connections and click '+ Add New'.

    • 2. Click 'Connect' in the iCloud Calendar widget, then enter your iCloud Apple ID and app-specific password from Step 1, then click 'Connect'.

    3. Configure Calendars

    • 1. Navigate to Settings > My Profile > Calendar Configuration OR Settings > Calendars > Connections > Calendar Configuration.

    • 2. Edit Primary Linked Calendar: Click 'Edit' next to the primary linked calendar. Select the 3rd-party calendar to add new events to.

    • 3. Edit Conflict Calendars: Click 'edit' next to the conflict calendars. Select one or more options such as holidays to prevent double bookings.

    4. Troubleshooting & FAQs

    • - iCloud only supports Default Sync (One-Way Sync). All events coming in from iCloud are treated as Blocked Slots, and no contacts are created for the guests.
    • - You can connect multiple iCloud integrations per subaccount.
    • - Integration with a subscription calendar is not possible.
