    Understanding Listings & Categories

    A guide to organizing your service offerings using Listings and Categories in RevStackr.

    What are Listings?

    • Listings are individual services, products, or rental items that your clients can book or purchase. Each listing contains details like pricing, duration, and descriptions.

    What are Categories?

    • Categories allow you to group related listings together, making it easier for clients to navigate your offerings. For example, a spa might have categories like 'Massages', 'Facials', and 'Nail Care'.

    Creating Categories

    • 1. Go to Calendars > Services (or Listings).
    • 2. Click on the 'Categories' tab.
    • 3. Click 'Create Category', enter a name and description, and upload an image if desired.
    • 4. Click Save.

    Assigning Listings to Categories

    • When creating or editing a Listing, look for the 'Category' dropdown.
    • Select the appropriate category to assign the listing to it.
    • Your booking widget will automatically organize the listings based on these categories.
