ActiveCampaign to RevStackr (Migration Guide)
Moving from ActiveCampaign to RevStackr? This step-by-step guide will walk you through exporting your contacts, tags, and rebuilding your automations so you don't lose any data.
1. Exporting Contacts from ActiveCampaign
- 1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
- 2. Navigate to Contacts > All Contacts.
- 3. Click the 'Export' button in the top right corner.

- 4. Name your export and click 'Export'. A CSV file containing all your contacts, custom fields, and tags will be downloaded.
2. Importing Contacts into RevStackr
- 1. Log into RevStackr and navigate to Contacts.
- 2. Click the 'Import Contacts' icon (upward arrow).

- 3. Upload the CSV file you downloaded from ActiveCampaign.
- 4. Map your fields: Ensure ActiveCampaign fields like 'First Name', 'Email', and 'Tags' match the corresponding fields in RevStackr.

- 6. Click 'Submit' to begin the import.
3. Rebuilding Automations
- ActiveCampaign 'Automations' are called 'Workflows' in RevStackr.
- 1. Navigate to Automation > Workflows.
- 2. Click 'Create Workflow' and select 'Start from scratch'.
