    Moving Phone Numbers

    Transfer phone numbers between sub-accounts easily.

    1. Initiating the Move

    • 1. From the Agency view, go to Settings > Phone Numbers.
    • 2. Locate the number you wish to move.
    • 3. Click the 'Move to Sub-Account' icon.

    2. Selecting the Destination

    • 1. Search for the destination sub-account in the dropdown.
    • 2. Confirm the transfer.
    • 3. The number will immediately be available in the new account.
