    How Product Deletion Works

    Learn the different ways you can delete a product, how bulk deletion works, and which types of products are protected from deletion to ensure ongoing processes aren't disrupted.

    1. How to Delete a Product

    • 1. Go to Payments → Products.
    • 2. Locate the product and click the Delete (trash) icon.
    • 3. Confirm in the dialog.
    • Note: To delete a Price/Variant, go to Payments → Products → Edit and click Delete Price (only works if there is more than 1 price/variant).

    2. How to Bulk Delete Products

    • 1. Go to Payments → Products.
    • 2. Select multiple products with the checkboxes (or Select All).
    • 3. Click Delete under Bulk Actions.
    • 4. Only eligible products will be deleted; protected products remain.

    3. Restrictions: What You Cannot Delete

    • - SaaS products: Blocked if any active or past_due subscriptions exist.
    • - Calendars products: Cannot be deleted (Delete CTA is hidden).
    • - Memberships/Communities products: Cannot be deleted (Delete CTA is hidden).
    • - Saved prices/variants on protected products cannot be deleted. Unsaved ones can be removed.
