Why Automate Instagram Comments?

• Automating Instagram comment replies helps increase engagement, instantly deliver lead magnets via DM, and save time managing your social media presence.

Step 1: Set Up the Trigger

• 1. Go to Automation > Workflows and create a new workflow.
• 2. Add a new trigger and select 'Customer Replied'.
• 3. Click 'Add Filters'. Set 'Reply Channel' to 'Instagram Comments'.
• 4. (Optional) Add a filter for 'Exact Match Phrase' or 'Contains Phrase' if you only want to trigger the automation when a user comments a specific keyword (e.g., 'LINK').

Step 2: Add the Auto-Reply Action

• 1. Click the '+' icon to add an action.
• 2. Select 'Instagram Interactive Message' or 'Send Message'.
• 3. Choose 'Reply to Comment' as the message type.
• 4. Type your public reply (e.g., 'Sending you a DM now!').

Step 3: Send the Direct Message (DM)

• 1. Add another action and select 'Send Message'.
• 2. Ensure the channel is set to Instagram Direct Message.
• 3. Craft your DM containing the link, lead magnet, or information requested.
• 4. Save and publish the workflow.
