    Setup Email, Phone, and SMS

    Configure your essential communication channels in RevStackr to ensure you can send and receive emails, calls, and texts.

    1. Add a Phone Number

    • Navigate to Settings > Phone Numbers.
    • Click 'Add Number', search for your desired area code, and purchase the number.

    • Click the pencil icon next to the number to set up call forwarding to your mobile device.

    2. A2P 10DLC Registration (For SMS)

    • To send SMS messages, you must register your brand to comply with carrier regulations.
    • Go to Settings > Trust Center and complete your Business Profile.
    • Submit your A2P Brand and Campaign registration. Approval takes 3-7 days.

    3. Setup a Dedicated Email Domain

    • Navigate to Settings > Email Services > Dedicated Domain and IP.
    • Click 'Add Domain' and enter a subdomain (e.g., replies.yourbusiness.co.uk).
    • Add the provided DNS records to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).

    • Click 'Verify Domain'. Once verified, your email is ready to send.
