    Voicemail For Company And Users

    Set up professional voicemail greetings for your business and individual users.

    1. Company Voicemail

    • 1. Navigate to Settings > Phone Numbers.
    • 2. Click the 'Edit' pencil icon next to your main company number.
    • 3. Upload an MP3 file under the 'Incoming Call Timeout' section.

    2. User Voicemail

    • 1. Navigate to Settings > My Staff.
    • 2. Edit a specific user.
    • 3. Go to 'Call & Voicemail Settings'.
    • 4. Upload the user's personal voicemail MP3.
