    Subscription & Refund Trigger for Payments

    Set up automation workflows that trigger when a subscription is created, updated, canceled, or when a refund is issued.

    1. Creating the Workflow

    • 1. Go to Automation → Workflows.
    • 2. Click 'Create Workflow' and select 'Start from scratch'.

    2. Subscription Triggers

    • 1. Add a New Workflow Trigger.
    • 2. Select 'Subscription Status Changed'.
    • 3. Add filters to specify the status (e.g., Status is Canceled).
    • 4. Build actions like sending a win-back email or notifying the account manager.

    3. Refund Triggers

    • 1. Add a New Workflow Trigger.
    • 2. Select 'Refund Issued'.
    • 3. Add a filter to specify the product or amount if needed.
    • 4. Set up an internal notification to log the refund in your accounting channel.
