Payments - What is listed on the Subscriptions page?
A complete breakdown of the Subscriptions page in the Payments section, where you can track active, canceled, and past-due recurring payments.
1. Accessing Subscriptions
- 1. Navigate to Payments in the left-hand menu.
- 2. Click on the Subscriptions tab at the top of the page.

2. Understanding the Columns
- - Customer Name: The contact associated with the subscription.
- - Status: Active, Past Due, Canceled, or Unpaid.
- - Amount & Frequency: How much and how often the customer is billed.
- - Next Billing Date: When the next charge will occur.

3. Filtering and Searching
- 1. Use the search bar to find a specific customer or subscription ID.
- 2. Click the 'Status' filter to view only Past Due or Canceled subscriptions to manage your churn.
