Text-To-Pay Links

1. Generate a Text-To-Pay Link

• 1. Open a conversation or contact record in the CRM.
• 2. Click the 'Request Payment' icon (dollar sign) at the bottom of the message composer.

2. Configure the Payment

• 1. Enter the item description and the amount.
• 2. Select your payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
• 3. Add an invoice due date if applicable.
• 4. Click 'Generate Link'.

3. Send via SMS

• 1. The payment link will automatically be inserted into the message composer.
• 2. Add any additional text, then click Send.

4. Tracking Payments

• 1. The payment status will update directly in the conversation history (e.g., changes from 'Unpaid' to 'Paid').
• 2. You can also view the transaction in the Payments → Transactions tab.
