    How to Track Gift Card Performance (Analytics & Metric Tracking)

    Keep track of your gift card sales, redemptions, and outstanding balances using RevStackr's built-in reporting tools.

    1. Accessing Gift Card Analytics

    • 1. Go to Payments > Gift Cards.
    • 2. Click on the 'Analytics' tab at the top of the screen.
    • 3. Adjust the date range to view specific periods of performance.

    2. Key Metrics Explained

    • - Total Issued: The total monetary value of all gift cards sold or given away.
    • - Total Redeemed: The value that has been spent by customers.
    • - Outstanding Balance: The remaining value available to be spent across all issued cards.
