    Workflow Trigger - Contact Tag

    Understand how to use the 'Contact Tag' trigger to start automations when a tag is added or removed from a contact.

    What is the Contact Tag Trigger?

    • The 'Contact Tag' trigger initiates a workflow whenever a specific tag is applied to or removed from a contact's profile. This is highly useful for segmenting leads and triggering targeted campaigns.

    Setting Up the Trigger

    • 1. In your workflow, click 'Add New Workflow Trigger'.
    • 2. Search for and select 'Contact Tag'.
    • 3. Click 'Add Filters' to specify the conditions.

    Configuring the Filters

    • - Tag Added: Select this if you want the workflow to start when a tag is applied. Then select the specific tag from the dropdown.
    • - Tag Removed: Select this if you want the workflow to start when a tag is taken off a contact.
