Having trouble connecting to our Zoom support rooms? Follow these exact troubleshooting steps to resolve audio, video, or connection issues during your RevStackr support calls.

    1. Check Browser Permissions

    • Often, Zoom issues in the browser are caused by blocked microphone or camera permissions.
    • 1. Click the padlock icon next to the URL in your browser's address bar.
    • 2. Ensure that both Camera and Microphone are set to 'Allow'.

    • 2. Navigate to Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
    • 3. Select 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.

    3. Use Incognito or Private Mode

    • Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with Zoom.
    • 1. Open a new Incognito or Private window in your browser.
    • 2. Log into RevStackr and attempt to join the support room.
    • 3. If it works, an extension is likely causing the issue. Disable extensions one by one to find the culprit.

    4. Update or Reinstall Zoom Client

    • If you are using the desktop app, ensure it is up to date.
    • 1. Open the Zoom desktop client.
    • 2. Click your profile picture in the top right and select 'Check for Updates'.
